Bad experience - they ghosted me. I called Stop Claims Corp and spoke to Kayla for help with my matter. We discussed my appointment date and time, going back and forth. I completed the paperwork, sent it back to them. After that, I never heard from anyone. I called all their phone numbers and left voicemails, but no one called me back. I got to the point that it was too late to get representation from other firms. I lost a lot of time with Stop Claims, which put me in a bad situation. and after my appointment Kayla called me back -- I dont think that I would use them after what I had experienced. I don't know why they all ghosted me. After this experience, I don't recommend this firm. (I hope I don't face any retaliation for this review).
