I went through my first and hopefully my last bankruptcy last spring. I was referred to Ken by a friend who had used him in chapter 7 bankruptcy. I was going through divorce and child custody battle, and so I needed to look at all my financial options. What I liked most about Ken was that he never tried to push me toward bankruptcy. He never "sugar coated" any of the negative side filing BR. He was honest about the process and the time it would take for my credit to recover. He's also very knowledgeable about financial matters in general and was open to questions that I had which fell outside the realm of the BR. For example, he gave me some great suggestions about how to better manage my one rental property that I planned to keep. Overall, Ken knows his job well and he's reasonably priced. He's honest and straightforward. I strongly recommend him.

If you even debate going through a bankruptcy or any law dispute for that matter, the law office of Mr. Ken Schneider should be your number one choice, they certainly were for me. Being 23 and not having much knowledge or experience in the world of debt, I was terrified of filing for bankruptcy, but after the first visit I knew we were in good hands. Ken is kind and the most generous person, and after a wonderful experience, I wouldn't ever think to chose anyone else to help us. I seriously cannot stress how amazing this process was with them, they easily explained the process, answers all of my many questions, and were with us every step of the way, not once did we feel they didn't have our backs. And even after our bankruptcy had been discharged, Ken is still so kind as to answer more of my questions and concerns! I found Ken via the internet, and liked his reviews. From our first meeting on he made me feel comfortable. His understanding of bankruptcy law and my unique situation was a perfect fit. I felt informed, supported and his sense of humor was so welcome, made things seem less ominus. Ken made the process painless, smooth, and not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. And, he liked my dogs.
