I was privileged to have Attorney Joseph Reibel in my corner through 3 different claims that overlapped. I first met him after suffering a work related injury which was settled in my favor. My employer's self-insured carrier attempted to deny my claim but Mr. Reibel's work prevailed on the side of justice, and my claim was eventually settled in my favor. While this was in process, and I was recovering from surgery related to this injury, I was rear-ended by someone texting and not paying attention to traffic. Less than 8 months later, another driver, pulled out in front of me resulting in yet another motor vehicle accident. One accident on top of another, suffering from multiple injuries and leaving me in a panic as to how to deal with all of this, Mr. Reibel agreed to additionally take on the 2 MVAs.
