Mr. Tario and his team were awesome! They helped me with my car accident claim and made the whole process super easy. I didn't have to stress about anything--they handled it all. Working as a flagger you always know that it's a possibility that you will be injured on the job I was in fact hit by a car that ran through multiple stop signs and my leg was severed they call it severed but in reality it was shattered and between dealing with L&I my injury the fact that this injury happened out of town and no orthopedic surgeon would touch it in my area and having to travel when you can't drive it was all a lot and Tario made it possible for me to find someone to handle all the L&I business which was a tremendous amount of paperwork and stress and then whenever needed for the personal injury side which was on the small side financially because the girl who hit me carried the least amount of insurance possible. Michael Tario and his paralegal Sandy fought State Farm very hard going back and forth multiple times trying to get money out of them as a settlement for my injury. 3 years it took them 3 years of fighting. L&I wanted the settlement money for themselves minus attorney fees Michael Tario said absolutely not he said I had suffered enough and I deserved to see something out of this and he made sure that the settlement was fairly distributed and everybody got something and in doing so he lowered his rate for me took less than he should have so that I could get more that's the kind of attorney Michael Tario is and Sandy his paralegal is amazing full of answers always responsive. I highly recommend going to see them if you're injured, but I do not recommend getting hit by a car.
