I liked that he followed the breadcrumbs. But he is always busy and slow to respond. Also missed an appointment. Etc Note I reserve the right to delete this review or edit it etc. I'm sure my name tied to this review won't be a problem down the road.

I can full heartedly say that I have not seen my 3 kids, in large part because of hiring the wrong lawyer. It's how been 9 years since I've seen them. After filing the wrong category of document, As soon as the case was dismissed, Paul said, "Why didn't you tell me she was withholding the children from you?" I did! I submitted all the proof and my written statement which "he" edited was pretty clear. (I'm assuming the assistant did it then?) But even before that. When I was explaining to him how the divorce happened. (How am I to know what info was important or not) That she altered the divorce documents, she wouldn't let me see my kids etc. To which he said, "If you want to talk about it, it's fine, but I charge by the hour." He then kept postponing the courtdate. 2-3 times. As in, it would go to court, he would ask for an extension. But was charging me for each time. I just wanted the judge to see See the proof. To read the altered divorce decree which was illegal. (It saying Pro se, when a lawyer had helped her) It was altered a month after we signed our original (alterations can't be made within 3 months). In the first it was amicable. Where we split everything equally, no alimony, joint custody- then to the extreme where she gets everything we own, all our savings, my 3 kids, 110% of my 70hour a week pay check. Plus it says, I can never date, never get remarried. Never go back to school. Go to a church she chose. Confess every sin. Go to a men's meeting weekly. Go to counseling. And IF I keep the list perfectly, then after 6 months, I can see the kids in person. Before that. Phone calls and mail once a week is allowed. I submitted the proof that she stopped all phone calls for two years. And returned all Malik. Her reasoning according to the mediation I recorded. "It's best for kids to have one set of parents." I provided the couselor's witness statement when she said, "I know you'd never hurt the kids emotionally or physically. But I fear for their spiritual safety. I don't want them going to Hell because they have a dad who struggles with sin. I'll do anything to keep them from you. Even lie and accuse you of pedophelia. (Which she did later in court, along with prostitution, beastiality, homosexuality... and I think there was one more in there.). To me it was an open and closed case. But I never got justice. I didn't even get a chance to tell my side to the judge on a single matter. I have it all recorded. It was remote , due to Covid. If you want to see the ridiculous divorce document. It's Manderson VS Skeffington whatcom county. Anyone who reads it should be able to see. All I wanted was a judge to see it.
