Boundary Bay Law

Writing this review on behalf of my boss who was having an issue coming back across the border from Canada a while back. He called Boundary Bay Law and they were more than knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! They knew all the laws and got him back across the border quickly and the price was right too! The boss says he highly recommends them!

I had a unique situation with my mother-in-law and choosing a retirement community in Canada. We were told by the Canadian management that it wouldn't be a problem for her to take residence in their community. Well, I reached out to Mr. Benning, who took the time to answer all my questions and saved our family thousands of dollars. I contacted Nick for advice with an immigration issue (on Friday afternoon before the Christmas holiday!), and he was incredibly polite and helpful! He was able to give me some basic advice right off the bat, advising me that we could do an emergency consult within an hour if I wanted. But, he also said there wasn't much more I could get out of a consult than he could tell me in a few minutes over the phone, so he didn't feel right bringing me in and charging me! Exactly the opposite of the conventional view of lawyers that charge an arm and a leg for a basic consult. He's honest and empathetic, and you can tell he really cares. I will definitely be talking to Nick again if I need further help.

Nick and his staff were wonderful to work with as they helped my wife get her visa and green card for the U.S. I would happily recommend them to any one thinking about bringing their loved on to the States. They have been consistently kind, caring, quick and patient to reply to questions (even the same ones over and over), and truly a comfort to have working for us through this very long and difficult process! You are in the right hands if you choose them to help you with your visa issues.

After a bad experience with another Bellingham Immigration lawyer, my husband and I were pretty jaded about their usefulness.
