I do not recommend Cha and Alexander firm. Edward Alexander worked on an estate case for us and while he did finally succeed at the case the fees went WAY over what we told them we could budget and over what we were originally given as an estimate. I spoke with Amrit his legal assistant and told her directly that we had no further funds to spend. I was told not to worry and she would let Edward know. She did not. My husband and I both expressed that it was out of budget directly to Edward and we were told we were close to finishing the case. That was untrue. It dragged on several more months due to the other party and the bill just went higher. My BIL agreed to pay all the atty's fees for the case on two separate occasions and we shared those texts with Edward. Edward instead gave them a final figure months before the case was settled and instead is billing us for the remainder. He should have written the fee agreement so they knew they paid final figures upon closing the case not months beforehand. His mistake is costing us thousands as is his assistant's mistake. Or maybe it's not a mistake.. I urge his clients to only communicate via email with Edward or Amrit or you too will be on the hook with little recourse and a huge bill.

We had a wonderful experience doing our wills with Edward, Junga, and Sawyer. They stand out from other businesses for their warmth and kindness while maintaining so much professionalism. Edward was patient, a great listener, and answered all of our questions clearly. It felt like he really understood our wishes. We felt very welcome at their office and recommend them to everyone!

I can't share all the details, but it involved several complicated legal steps related to business law, trusts, and accounting matters. I hired Edward Alexander when I found myself in an estate dispute and back child support recovery case. I was on the other side of the state and could not consult w/ any friends or attorney's I was familiar with. Edward was recommended to me and he went above and beyond to protect the rights of myself and my children. He was able to resolve the dispute over the estate and was able to secure the entire 7 years of back child support including interest. Edward advocated for my children and myself and he got the job done quickly and fairly. The part of the case that really stood out regarding Edward as an attorney was that he took all the extra steps needed to assure the case was undisputable. He filed all the extra papers and the outcome was life changing for myself and my children. I would recommend you hire Edward Alexander for any estate and legal issues you may have.

Thanks to Edward's excellent legal reasoning skills, he was able to assist me with getting the information and resolution I needed from Whatcom County Superior Court in a timely manor at a reasonable cost.
