I was involved in an accident, and Jason and his team specifically Jena were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. They communicated clearly at every stage, which meant a lot since I was not sure what to expect in the process I often had questions, and they were always easy to reach and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. All of our interactions were done through teleconferences or their app, so I never had to meet in person .I truly appreciate all of their help and am very satisfied with the final outcome. I will definitely recommend them and will reach out to them if ever needed them in future . 5 stars for Jason and his team

I opened a case with them after being in a car accident at 35 weeks pregnant and agreed to pay 30% for services and 40% if it went to trial, it ended up in pre litigation and after all was said and done they ended up trying to only give me 17k out of the 55k that I'd won for my injuries. At every step I had to be the one to reach out and ask them information, not once did they ever reach out and say hey this is what we are working on this month. The only times they did reach out they were asking for reviews. In the end I was given about 22k because Jason just wouldn't feel comfortable making more than the client, and yet they tried to get me to sign papers wanting just that. So far all my money was paid to me in pieces as I discovered more and more money that was owed to me and they had $500 in a 60 day trust that was supposed to be paid out at a certain date. That date has come and gone without them reaching out or sending the money and when I reached out to ask about it, they simply stated that my case was closed. I only recommend this firm if you want to hire another lawyer to get your full payment. Also, they pay people for good reviews. Or excuse me, lower their fee, $25 per review on four different platforms.

I'm genuinely disturbed by how my consultation experience unfolded. The consultation only lasted 30 minutes because I asked for a refund, he offered half back, meaning I still paid $187 for just half an hour. Considering I'm currently unemployed, that's not a small amount. It felt like I paid to be talked over and dismissed, not supported.
If someone is paying $375 for just one hour, it's reasonable to expect professionalism, empathy, and thoughtful advice. Instead, I walked away feeling dismissed, invalidated, and, frankly, insulted.
Patrick K. made me feel completely unheard. He cut me off multiple times as I tried to explain the details of my situation, showing little patience or interest.
At one point, he said something along the lines of, "Everyone has some form of mental illness," which came off as incredibly dismissive. Whether or not those were his exact words, the message was clear: my concerns weren't being taken seriously. Emotional intelligence may be marketed as a business skill now, but it should be a natural part of being human. Unfortunately, his response made it painfully obvious, he lacked both.
Comments like that are part of the problem, not the solution. This kind of attitude is exactly why so many people hesitate to seek help in the first place.
For a firm that charges premium rates, I expected far more than rushed judgments and generalized, insensitive remarks. It's disheartening that in 2025, we still encounter professionals who treat mental health with such disregard. I left with more frustration than clarity and $187 lighter. Shameful. I would NOT recommend Patrick K. for Employment law. Seek elsewhere that's provides a free consultation.

I'm standing by my original experience, but I'm updating this to reflect how Jason handled the situation. He stepped in with professionalism, kindness & empathy. He asked how the situation could be made better, he gave me an option if I wanted to explain more of my experience and that alone, gives a safe space for clients to want to express themselves more. Jason provided referrals to another attorney & my full refund. That's how you do business with purpose, not just for profits.
You won't always get exactly what you came for, but people will always remember how you made them feel. Jason understood that.

Update - August 6, 2025:
Rating reduced to one star. The second portion of my refund was issued a full week later than the first refund, a delay that was both unnecessary and avoidable.

In 2020. at the age of 68, I was fired by an abusive employer the day I returned from an FMLA leave for severe depression brought about by stress in the workplace. I contacted Premier Law Group and Attorney Patrick Kang agreed to take my case. I had no prior experience with litigation, but based on Patrick's empathy, confidence, and his demonstrated knowledge of employment law, I proceeded to file suit against a large corporation.
It took 2 years before my case went to trial at the US District Court in Seattle. During that time I worked extensively with Patrick in person and via email and phone to build our case. Through the discovery process he displayed a true belief in my cause and a dedication to getting justice for me. After a 5 day jury trial, the jury recognized the unlawful behavior of the defendant and awarded me monetary damages for my loss of income.
In true form, the defendant challenged the jury's verdict. Patrick stayed with me as we waited another year and a half for the court to uphold the original verdict and related motions.
Still true to form, the defendant filed an appeal with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. And again, true to his form, Patrick stayed with me for another year and a half to take my case to the higher court on Valentines Day 2025. 4 months later, the panel from the Ninth Circuit affirmed the lower court's findings and upheld my award and motion for attorney's fees.
Litigation is a daunting process for a plaintiff and I do not wish it on anyone. However, if faced with the circumstance, you can feel confident to rely on Patrick Kang and the folks at Premier Law Group. Patrick possesses the knowledge and experience to prepare you for what is coming. bolsters your confidence to get there, and stands next to you as walk through the labyrinth of law together.
I highly recommend Patrick Kang and Premier Law Group.

I was in a bad accident and Jason and his crew were so supportive and helpful. They were very communicative through the whole process. This is my first time needing a lawyer and I was not sure how long the process would take. I often had questions and they were always easy to get ahold of and took as much time as I needed to answer all my questions and kept me updated every step of the way. Everything was via teleconference or through their app, I didn't need to see them in person if I didn't want to. I truly appreciate all of their help and am happy with the outcome.
