Trotsky and McNeese were a referral to me and I couldn't be happier or more appreciative for their services and the kindness that they showed me every step of the way. It was my first time in a car accident and I was at a loss of where to even start, especially because it resulted in injuries. A small firm, but everyone was hands on and gave me great prep and explanation about everything that was to occur in the process. If anything, there was extra communication, making me feel prioritized and truly cared for. The case took quite some time but I understood why and didn't have any qualms, nonetheless, they reassured me that things were in motion. I mostly spoke with Trotsky towards the end and even he took off some fee's for me so that I could walk away with an even total. I was asked prior what number I'd like to go home with and they truly delivered that. They also made the transfer of funds easy and had it wired to my bank account. I know my case could have been looked at as challenging but they didn't flinch and they took it on headstrong. I feel so so lucky to have had them in my corner and really felt that they fought hard for me. I can't recommend them enough!
