Review I cannot say enough about how exceptional my experience was with Vincent Humphrey, Page Monji and Lindsay Winjum from The Humphrey & Associates Family Law Firm. From the very beginning, they handled my family law case with the perfect balance of professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. They were sensitive to the emotional nature of my situation while remaining direct and honest about what to expect at each stage. Their communication was always timely, clear, and reassuring. What impressed me most was how expeditiously everything was handled -- nothing ever lingered, and I always felt my case was a priority. This review is long overdue. I have a very high conflict, extremely litigious, abusive ex whom we share a very young child together that I needed to ensure theirs and mine's safety. I had my initial consultation with Vincent and what he advised resonated with me on many levels. This guy knows his stuff! Joe originally represented me through my DVPO case against my ex and then my divorce. My ex fought me every step of the way with multiple motions in between, but Joe was there and fought hard and we prevailed each and every time. My ex on the other hand went through multiple attorneys eventually going pro se. My divorce inevitably went to trial. While there were some things I was disappointed in, it was a pretty good outcome for our child, which is all that mattered. I was awarded full legal and physical custody. My ex received visitations built in phases with multiple restrictions/requirements for mental illness, substance abuse, and DV. My DVPO was also extended an additional 3 years. Once the divorce/parenting plan was finalized, I thought the legal abuse would be done. My ex then proceeded to file multiple motions pro se ranging from contempt to emergency custody. This is where Page stepped in to represent me. It was overwhelming as I had multiple frivolous motions going on at the same time that hold serious implications if not responded to appropriately. Page was amazing! We also filed and obtained an Order for Abusive Litigation against my ex, and the previous motions filed by him were all dismissed as meritless. Divorce is not easy for anyone. It's even harder with children involved. It has taken a huge emotional toll on me. However, Vincent and his team have always done right by me and my child. I feel they represented me in the way I wanted to be represented... with honesty and integrity. They told my voice in a way that was legally understood. They were always honest with me about the situation, extremely knowledgeable, very professional and most importantly they showed me empathy during a very difficult time. They provided me with a tremendous amount of peace of mind during this process. I cannot recommend Vincent and team enough. Even though the litigation itself was a horrendous experience, working with Vincent's firm was overall amazing. I also need to add that Lindsey is an absolute gem, as well! It was always nice to chat with her when I called in. I was always disappointed if it was someone else filling in for her

I am a 53 year old female who was diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinson's Disease in January 2023, four months later my husband left me and filed for a divorce. This was beyond devastating to say the least. I was in a bad spot and unable to pay for an attorney without going through a program in my state called Moderate Means. This program allows attorneys to select cases they are willing to work on at a discounted rate. Vincent Humphrey who is the managing attorney at this firm selected my case. The first thing that I should have inquired about was the $ processing fee they charged me to take my retainer payment. This is how they used my money? It got much, much worse. They charged me to read emails I sent to them asking for help in obtaining tax documents that my husband was refusing to provide me with and was in contempt of court for refusing to provide. I emailed at least 7 times asking for the documents I needed in order to itemize my return and was billed to read the emails but they did nothing, not even a response. The next big issue that took place was they asked me to provide them with all of my financials stuff when I first hired them to represent me and they did absolutely nothing with them. Months later my husband filed a motion for Temporary Support and my attorney asked me to provide her the same information including records from the months that had passed since I first jumped through this hoop. It gets worse. At the hearing for Temporary Support, I find out my attorney did not properly upload my financial records to the court and the hearing has to be postponed. I made sure to say to my attorney, I trust I am not going to be charged for the time to prep for this hearing or to attend it? I hear nothing back but I am of course charged to read the email and charged for the time it took for them to screw up the hearing. Long story short? They did nothing for me and took $9500 from me. They are sitting on the balance of my retainer refusing to return it to me because I am disputing their billing. To top it all off? My Mom paid for my legal fees with the understanding that I would pay her back once I settle my divorce. Mr. Humphrey went so far as to indicate that it should not matter to me that he is holding onto my money because my Mom paid him. They are a horror!

Do not waste your money on this firm. During my son's initial consultation, we felt really confident that this firm would not only represent well, but actually FIGHT for my son. My son's consultation was with Vincent. He sounded confident and very promising. After the consultation, they set my son up with Chloe Lancaster as his attorney. Ms. Lancaster may know how to do "paperwork," but if you are looking for someone to actually represent you (stand up to opposing counsel and not let you get railroaded by the court), then please go elsewhere. We spent well over $10,000 and when my son asked Ms. Lancaster to "pick up her game and represent him," she dropped him as a client. We are now back to having to find counsel who has the gumption to actually do what they are paid to do.
