I see that communication is not a strong suit of this law firm. I called and left three voicemails and my wife did so once. I also sent an email. All of which was ignored. I feel like if you are too busy for potential clients, then put something on your website that states you are not taking new clients at this time. Or possibly respond with the same, but don't just ignore. I feel like the paralegal must filter the calls and decides who gets through and who doesn't. At any rate, the injured have been through enough. Show some compassion by returning a call.
