Trinity is the best Occupational Therapist you could ask for! Unbelievable care and treatment. She was extremely involved and educated on my specialized treatment plan after a complicated injury and surgery. She went above and beyond to make sure I made a full recovery and function recovery at that. I think my grip strength was in the 30's for after I broke my arm. And on my last day of OT I got to 102lbs!! Insane difference. I'm an athlete and needed more than "cookie cutter" physical therapy to recover.
I greatly appreciate everything she did for me. She's a personable provider who cares about her patients. Couldn't have done this without her. Thank you Island Health Therapy and Trinity!

I used to really enjoy coming here for PT when I needed it in the past. My doctor sent a referral back in July and I've still yet to even be scheduled let alone them reaching out to me to tell me they got the referral. This treatment is something I need desperately. I went into the building September 10th and they needed me to call my doctors to have something changed one of my referrals then to have my other one completely resent so I did. 10 days later and multiple phone calls they haven't answered any of my calls. I've left voice mails and on their recording it says that they will contact you within 24 hours. 8 days later still no phone call. I'm in a lot of pain, so going down there to deal with this in person is challenging.
My 13 year old son was also referred there as well back in the beginning of summer! They haven't contacted me. I reach out they don't answer their phones. This place used to be the best IMO. Now I don't even know what's going on. On top of that the guy up front said that they're booked out over a month.
I never write reviews and if I do it's usually to praise the service/care I had received. It truly is disappointing that Island Hospital Phisical Therapy just can't get it done like they used to. I'd give zero stars if it was possible. I had to reach out to 3 different doctors and have them refer my son and I somewhere else.
