Clinton was more of a brother than an attorney when I was first introduced to him. Felt like a family member that I could talk to in full confidence and he handled my situation with grace and ease. Asked me for a few things and he took care of EVERYTHING! Had a speeding ticket and he got the ticket reduced to essentially nothing!! Highly recommended and extremely affordable! Very appreciative to have had him as my attorney and my friend.

Like the others, I received a reckless driving charge travelling through Bland, Va. I also received a stack of Attorney solicitations for my business. I settled with Atty Clinton Kegley because he called me back in a reasonable time. From the moment I spoke with Atty Kegley, I felt like I was in good hands. I had a reckless driving charge for doing only 81 in a 65 in Virginia. Big racket in my opinion but this doesn't have anything to do with this law firm. I had a stack of mail from various attorney's who were soliciting my business, so I had plenty to choose from. I almost gave up after 5 or 6 calls who were either asking outrageous prices, didn't return my calls, or couldn't do it on short notice (I thought my court date was the following week when it was actually the next day). It looked like I was going to make the 2 hour drive that evening, grab a hotel, and go to court with no attorney the next morning, but i decided to make one more call to Clinton Kegley, time was about 4pm. He not only agreed to represent me, his fee was, and this in no exaggeration, 10x less than this one joker I talked to, and about 5x less than a two others. One other attorney's fee I talked with was comparable but he never called me back after we talked. Guess he had to see if he could do it. The end result was the reckless driving was reduced to Defective Equipment. The person I spoke to at this firm was very nice and helpful;. I received two letters from them. One was a copy of a fax he sent to the court letting them know he's representing me, and the other was the outcome of the hearing clearly explaining to me what I need to do to pay the fine. I'm not sure about other people's experiences, but with me, these people were on the ball and did their job, and at a very fair price.
