I was heading west on on I 81 on 12/29/24 in a light rain. It was the first time taking 81 as an alternative to I 40 after the hurricane damage. I hydroplaned just outside of Marion Va. hitting a center guardrail with both the driver side front and rear with a very unsettling 360 in the middle. We were very lucky that no other vehicles were involved and no one in my truck was injured. The state trooper wrote me up for reckless driving. My home state, (Illinois), has a violation called "driving too fast for conditions". The trooper was very courteous but told me that reckless driving was his only option since there were no witnesses. I contacted Paul Stanley to represent me since it's a 20 hr. round trip from my home. Paul interviewed me and assured me that at the very least he could get the charge reduced since the were so many accident in the area that day. For a very reasonable fee he ended up getting the charges dropped. He and his assistant Pat kept me informed of all aspects of the case. As a CDL holder with a 30 year clean driving record, maintaining that record is important to me. I hope I don't need his services again, but I highly recommend his organization to anyone needing representation.

I hired Mr. Stanley for a ticket I got going 91 on a 70mph highway. During our initial phone call, Mr. Stanley told me his version of everything I needed to do and expect. I then spoke to Ms. Pat (his assistant) and she was nice and informative. The issue I had was communication after I paid my fee to him. I felt like as soon as I paid the money, communication was next to nothing. I would call and email them for a few questions and never received a response. I called the day before my case to ask if I would get emailed or called about what happened and never heard anything back. I waited until 3 hours after my court time and finally called the court house myself to see what the result of my case was. I found out the cop who stopped me was tragically shot and killed a couple of weeks ago during a traffic stop, so my case was dismissed. The cop seemed like a good guy and may his soul rest in peace! I'm glad my case was dismissed, but I feel bad the cop lost his life doing his job and I feel bad for his family. I had to call the courthouse myself to find out the results of my case and if I had to do this all over again, I would choose a different attorney due to lack of communication after fee was paid. Once they get your money, good luck getting them on the phone. I would not recommend Mr. Stanley to anyone, because I don't even know if the info he gave me of what to expect was truthful or him just telling me a good outcome just so he could take my $$.

I would personally recommend Mr.Stanley to my own family or anyone who gets into traffic trouble in Virginia, I was ticketed with allegedly going 22 over the posted speed limit in a CMV, I was devastated because this is my livelihood. I called every traffic lawyer in Virginia and only spoke personally with 2 of them, Mr.Stanley was one of those and he made me feel the most comfortable. He gave me realistic expectations, assured me of his experience and gave me precise steps on how to move forward, with his council my speeding ticket was reduced to nothing more than faulty equipment and a fine, I couldn't be more happy with the results
