My recent estate planning experience at McCarthy & Akers was pleasant, thorough, and expedient. The attorney and each member of the staff I worked with were most professional while collecting information, answering my questions, and finalizing documents. They were helpful in setting up convenient times for both of my appointments. Communication was smooth from beginning to end.

It was time to review and revise my Estate Plan, having moved state and remarried. The entire office is run professionally, timely and responsively. Our initial meeting with Matthew Akers was thorough and the rest of the team produced a comprehensive set of directives in a nice binder. Overall, an excellent job.

My father in law came in to ask questions, they answered his question, laid out options that he had, explained the pros and cons of each option and helped him with what he needed. They are a very soft spoken group, not pushy or loud as so many layers are prone to be. He has been very pleased with the services they have provided to him. I love that they have maintained an older home in our area, keeping our areas history honored and present in a quiet fashion.
