If could would give zero stars. Out $300 and got no answers from Mr.Moore if we had a case or not can't get anyone to answer phone calls so you can get answers to your questions . Biggest question right now is what do they consider a consultation how long do you get because my husband only got 10 minutes on the phone was told to send paperwork we had after reviewing there was no call from Mr.Moore telling us if we had a case and if so what we could do if he took our case. Just sent us paperwork to sign stating how much they get a hour that wasn't helping us with what he would do for us to make that money!!!!! Granted we went with another lawyer but that was not our decision and my husband explained to Mr.Moore the situation and we would call him if things changed well when we did call no one would speak to him after my mother called they told her it was because my husband had not paid his bill we didn't know we had a bill!!!!! They could have told him that on the phone when he called that's the professional thing to do not lie to someone and tell them Mr.Moore is busy and can't talk to you. Why would we call back if we knew we owed money and try to get help again just insane.

We used Poindexter Hill P.C. to handle the Sale of our Camp/43 acre property north of Williamsville, VA. Beware of dealing with Logan he does not return your calls messages or emails. He finished everything last minute and made a mistake. The cost is three more days on recording a deed.

I have needed a simple (their words) deed conversion to a trust document. They were very friendly and appeared to be professional at first. They quoted a few days, but this "simple" document is taking them weeks. They are now suddenly very nonresponsive. Find someone else.
