Rutter Mills, LLP

Rutter mills was easy to work with. I had no overall issue. This was my first time ever using a lawyer for a case where i was involved with a car accident. Rutter mills charges 40%, which if this is the industry standard i felt was high, but i agreed with it. Also this case took about 1.5 years to settle (no fault of rutter mills, just the overall process). we closed at 16k, with 6K going to rutter mills, 6k to insurance, and i walked away with 3k. the insurance company offered me 2k out the gate, so i did walk away with 1k more than what they offered but, with how long it took, now that im looking back on it was it even worth it? This process taught me it might only make sense to get lawyers if a large a amount of money is on the line, becuase yeah i won "16k" but with only walking away with 3k i feel like i paid someone 6k to get 1k. Again Im not upset with rutter mills, i did walk away with more money than what they offered, they kept me in the loop, and communicated when nexts steps happend, so they were great. I do want to point out yes my medical bills were paid, but i was seen at the VA and i never paid for my services. So to me i waited a year and a half to ensure lawyer and hospital got their cut, when i could have just taken the 2k and skipped all of this. I am happy to have this experience now so in the future i know how to move. I worked with 3 people, michelle, lisa, and the 3rd person(sorry i forgot your name) they were very nice, respectful, and answered all my questions.

Mr. Procaro and Danielle were a great team to work with. Amazing energy, open minded, and also funny. It was a very long process, but they communicated with me very easily and reassured me to make sure I didn't give up and it was well worth it. Would 100% recommend!
