Highly reccomend Marcus Mitchell, he helped me with my custody/visitation agreement, something that was dragging on until he came in and helped with his professionalism and up beat personality. He was very knowledgeable of the laws and the situation and I couldn't be happier with the out come he helped me to achieve. I owe a big thank you to him and Shelby Notenbaum. I would like to share my experience about Pender & Coward. About eight years ago I had a legal issue I needed help with. A friend of mine suggested I contact Pender and Coward. I did and my Attorney was Jim Lang. I was very pleased and comfortable talking with Jim. We spent most of the next six months or so going over my case and gathering information. We continued on with this case until we were able to come to an agreement with the other side that we all could live with. I have had a few other times I have asked Jim Lang for assistance and have always received great advise. I have also used Alex Johnson on some Estate issues and my own Will and Jack Repan for Contract issues.
