I have receipts! Mom with Alzheimer's, I returned for financial planning, found out they botched the house transfer 2 yrs earlier. Charged me to let me know they messed up, want to charge me to fix their work then they can make a financial plan...insult to injury is they charged 2.0 hours just to get my refund check

I was quoted a price by the lawyer and receptionist. The consultation and service happened same day. They both told me it would go to the fee of service. I paid that and additional for filing I asked numerous times to the attorney if there would be any additional charges. They said no that should cover it. I then get a bill for sixty some dollars. I call and they said it was 200 and something and that the 300 was just a consultation fee. So not only was I lied to they baited and switched on what they said to me and what they sent as an original bill. I would not trust them to do anything else for me given at that time they knew I was in a curable state because I just lost a loved one. Don't trust what they say they will bill you as it will later change and they will pad as much as they can. Please do research better than I apparently did.

I met with Allison and could not have had a better experience. I had had horrible experiences prior to coming here and wished I had just started with Hook law from the beginning.
