Mr Randall Raines was reccomended to me by a close friend for a traffic violation that I was involved with, I called his office and he set up an appointment the next day for consultation. I was skeptical at first but he walked me thru the process and made me feel confortable about the charge that I was facing. When we went to court, he was there for me and was able to get the charge dismissed. I would whole heartedly reccomend Mr Raines to anyone that needs a top notch fighter for justice . He is, as far as I'm concerned, one of the best !!!

In my opinion, Randy Rains is one of the worst attorneys in the universe, and nine times out of ten, he validates the negative comments people make about him. He took my money despite being aware of his conflict of interest, as he had previously represented my daughter's father, resulting in my current emotional distress and separation anxiety. As I reflect on my experience with Mr. Rain, I'm reminded of the importance of resilience and self-advocacy. His actions, which I believe hindered my case's progress, have driven me to take action and rebuild my relationship with my daughter. I recall the frustration of waiting in the lobby, followed by a misleading conference room discussion. However, I successfully secured a full refund and am now focused on creating positive change for my family and others who have faced similar challenges. Please do not waste your time.

I retained randy for a very sensitive child custody case and boy do I wish I would have read these reviews before hand! Everything said here is true. Randolph Raines had communicated with through phone maybe 3 times for 5 minutes or less every call. The last few calls were to force my hand on signing the right of my child over to her father. When I broke down and told him this isn't working for me he changed to paper work to hypotheticals and still made me sign the rights of a 3YO over to a known alcoholic and drug user. Not even a month later, as predicted, my child was put in a less than desirable situation by her alcoholic father. Randolph Raines did not care for our situation and only want the case off his desk and check in his bank. Maybe if my child was a Yacht he would have handled the situation better. But for the well-being of the children, please find a real lawyer!

USE THIS ATTORNEY AT YOUR OWN PERIL! ONLY USE THIS FIRM IF YOU WANT TO PAY A RETAINER AND NEVER HEAR FROM THE ATTORNEY OR RECEIVE ANY SERVICES!! It has now been nearly THREE WEEKS since Mr. Raines allegedly instructed his staff to tally up the costs associated with my case (per phone conversation) and still no receipt/statement of account or return of my deposit. I am very curious to see what they charge on my account statement when I haven't heard from them in over a year (before three weeks ago), only due to my numerous emails sent to him and his firm AND IT STILL TOOK HIM 2 WEEKS TO RESPOND THEN. The other party's lawyer with my matter, could not even reach him, reference my matter. I'm not sure in what world or profession where it takes three weeks to produce a statement of account!! I am fully disturbed with their services or lack thereof. I fully intend to leave a review on every platform available to me, about the horrible service provided, or rather not provided. And depending on what is on my statement of account; I may make a complaint with the VA State Bar. STAY AWAY. This firm epitomizes the stereotypical attorney/firm that only wants your money and doesn't care about the client or their case!!!

Horrible horrible law firm. Do NOT use this attorney practice. It's a complete waste of money. They charge a ton of money and you will lose. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN. Only about taking your money. Nicole and dime everything they do. The attorney lies in open court. Find a good lawyer If you care about your kid.
