Mr Crook's office supplied a business card with incorrect email address to my family member. When contacted by phone about this, the receptionist provided correct email address. However, no further responses were made to numerous email and phone requests for information. We took our business elsewhere.

I just experience possibly the very best customer service of all time. A few weeks ago I set up an appointment with Woodrow Crook and he returned my call on a Sunday afternoon to consult my case with Me. Today I called and reschedule an appointment and his receptionist returned my call in matter of minutes to make sure it suited my schedule.
