I cannot say enough good things about the team at Whiting Injury Law. Jason was my literal last minute hero. My case was bizarre to say the least and I did not think I would be able to find any help at all, but I decided to look at the options two weeks before my statute of limitations was up. I was referred to Jason by a larger firm that was unable to take my case at the last minute, especially because of my circumstances, but Jason was not deterred one bit. He fought for me for nearly two whole years-I was still receiving care over a long period of time and he made sure the insurance companies didn't shut me out before I was done with my care-, he made sure I was aware of the process the whole time, he was very sympathetic, and he was able to keep me from having to go to court to fight for what I needed after my injury. Because of him, I am able to pay off all of my debts that accumulated over the years, take care of my loved ones who took care of me, and have enough left over to start living life once more. I can finally focus on healing the way that I should have been four years after my injury without the stress of worrying about how I am going to pay off my debts. I will forever be grateful for Jason and Sabrina and the whole team at Whiting Injury Law. Because of all the hard work they did for me, I can finally breathe easy again and have a new lease on life. Can not recommend enough! I was in a fairly minor car accident considering, and thought it should be an easy and straightforward process, but after 3 months of dealing with the insurance, I met with Jason and his team, and that was the best decision I could have made. Although you hope you're never in the position of needing a lawyer to help, don't waste your time trying to deal with the insurance on your own. The only thing I regret was wasting so much time trying to do it myself and waiting so long to meet with them. They handled everything, and were only a quick text or call away if I had any questions. It saved me so much time and sanity and ended up with a significantly better offer than what I could have ever expected.
