A five star rating doesn't come close to describing how amazing Terry Grimes and every person within his firm truly are. My experience with Terry began with an email I sent through his website. As a single mother I knew my ability to pay for representation was not an option but I asked for help anyway figuring it was a shot in the dark and wondered if my request would be read at all. To my surprise I received a reply and was scheduled for a consultation the same week. When meeting with Mr Grimes and his team I was treated with such compassion and care, they eased my fears and immediately I knew I was surrounded by one hell of a team and I wasn't wrong. Would not put my fiances arag insurance coverage in terms of fee agreement in the letter he asked him to sign. When my fiance finally signed it without tge updated acknowledgement, atty didnt like my fiances signature so he then, a month after leading him to believe he would be representing him, said his signature was illegible and he wasnt representing him. Not even, hey to make sure this is your signature please get it notarized. Im a notary, i could have done that. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I thought that I was getting an experienced attorney, but instead I got his assistant. She was so inexperienced that I could have asked better questions in depositions and throughout the whole process. I wish that I had done my homework before hiring this firm. I'm sure if I had the results would have been more of a success. I feel that my rights were compromised. I have a hearing disability and in court I couldn't hear what was going on the entire time. I couldn't hear anything that the defense attorney had to say, much less the responses. It was my understanding that accommodations were made for people with disabilities, instead my disability was used against me. The whole proceeding violated my rights as a citizen of this country. That court proceeding should have been dismissed or stopped, instead it went forward and not for the benefit of myself but for my former employer. I wish that I had said something or got up and walked out. I kept telling Mr Grimes multiple times that I couldn't hear. Instead of getting justice I got juked.

Terry and his amazing staff helped me during one of the worst times of my life. He paid such close attention to my case and cared about my feelings throughout the process. I highly recommend him to anyone!
