Mr. Hixson was amazing he worked with the fact that I had no vehicle, worked with my disabilities. He predicted exactly what would happened and they walked me through the process and answered all the questions I had no matter how silly they seemed. Wonderful experience would recommend to anyone else seeking disability! two year update: He never filed for my SSI I cannot get in touch with him. He refuses to return my calls and now have to find a new lawyer because Social Security is like why didn't you file all at once and holding the money they approved me of hostage. DO NOT GO HERE!

My wife hired hixson for her disability case 6 years ago and all was well... Appeals went as expected until 3 years ago when all contact stoped. My wife as called many times and just told she would get a call back. Then she get a notice from another agancy that her disability case was finalized 2 years ago with a denial, but was never informed. Now we are looking into filing misconduct claim with the va state bar. May even atempt class action suit if we can get the right lawyer and enough wronged former clients

Mr Hixson was well prepared and thorough at my disability hearing. I was extremely nervous and he readily made me feel at ease. He came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. Never heard from Health Hixon til the day before my hearing. Got denied! Called for 7 weeks afterwards with no return phone calls for my appeal. Time ran out. Had to start my disability claim all over again!!! Horrible experience. Update to response, I am not going to use my real name on the internet. And I was your client, that you never responded to! Look at your recent client list with the last name that got denied! You know exactly who I am! You are a Horrible person and Attorney. You never finished the job! Left me hanging with no return phone calls after I left 7 messages! But it is ok God will bless me as I start over with a better Attorney that does personally care for their clients! And God will deal with you, Be Blessed!

I have Mr. Hixson, and after reconsideration submitted on,August 30, 2017, I found out I was fully approved on February 21st he was very up front and honest with me. I never had to attend a hearing in front of a judge, nor see any SSD doctors or psych evals. Mr. Hixson was very polite, direct and informative during my consultation. I will,recommend him to anyone I know that has been,fighting. My total time from reconsideration to approval,was 8 months!
