What a great man Kevin is. Had a great experience with Kevin. I had a speeding ticket issued while driving home through Virginia with possible jail time. Stumbled across the firm searching for VA attorneys. Kevin was outstanding from the moment we got in contact. He helped push the date forward to accommodate my schedule considering the 6.5 hour drive back to the courthouse. Kevin walked me through everything I could do to increase my chances of dismissal well before the court date. Following his instructions got my charges dismissed, only have to attend online traffic school and a very minimal amount of community service back in NJ. Very personable guy and made the experience as painless as possible. Highly recommend Kevin for any traffic charges if you're out of state!

After contacting my Attorney (and friend), Michael Deneka about a speeding ticket I received; Michael did not hesitate to recommend Mr. Daniel Frankl. I did not think I deserved the speeding ticket as I only increased my speed to allow a vehicle coming down a ramp to merge beside me (traffic was very heavy). The trucker in the left lane saw my left signal (and apparently saw the vehicles coming down the ramp). He flashed his lights (letting me know that I could get in front of his truck). I had to speed up to make a safe move in front of the truck. The Trooper pulled me over for speeding (radar on the ramp) and I explained to him what had just happened. The Trooper said I should have just slowed down to let the vehicle on the ramp merge. I asked the Trooper if he saw the vehicle on my rear bumper, and he said he did not. Had I slowed down, the vehicle behind me most likely would have hit me causing a potentially large wreck with several vehicles. Mr. Frankl agreed to take my case and explained to the Court what happened. The judge took my charge under advisement for 90 days and, as long as I do not have any additional traffic violations during the 90 days, the Court has agreed to dismiss the charge against me. I will have to pay Court cost, however, that is better than having a speeding ticket on my record and potentially increasing my insurance costs. I could not have had this outcome on my own. Mr. Frankl took care of me and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Mr. Frankl to anyone going to traffic court. And, Michael, thanks for referring me to Mr. Frankl.

The caring and professionalism shown by everyone in this firm has been outstanding. Mr. Frankl made sure I was prepared for court and understood every aspect, including possible outcomes. While I was feeling very nervous, Mr. Frankl alleviated my concerns by just talking to me. When we went in front of the judge, he was extremely competent and confident in every aspect. I've never worked with an attorney before and would never hesitate to call him again. He's just extremely easy to work with and easy to be around. I am grateful for all he did to help me have a successful outcome!!

Dan was very helpful in helping me navigate the process prior to court and preparing me for what I can do to help my case - reckless driving charge. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and quick to get back to you if unavailable. His staff is also amazing. I highly recommend Dan. Best outcome anyone could've got me. I'm really glad I choose Kevin Gick as my Attorney. I'm on 91 in a 70 speed limit road and was given reckless driving ticket which is a criminal offence in Virginia state law. I didn't pay any fine or jail time after the trail. Just some community service hours and a driving improvement class. I would really recommend him to hire as attorney, if you ever got a speeding ticket or reckless driving ticket. As this was my first ticket he explained me everything and walked me through how the process goes. Thanks a lot Kevin
