Virginia injury law represented me twice. The first time was back in 2023 it was an ok experience they just needed to work on their communication skills. The second time is currently I'm being represented by them now for my accident that happened in April of 2025 & their customer service & communication skills still sucks smh. Christian Simpson is a great & honest guy it's just the people he has working for him that's being unprofessional & not communicating & thats how you lose clientele.

Although my intake person was wonderful Edward the lawfirm itself and case manager i would not recommend, you definitely dont want a firm that takes for granted that you hired them or drags out your case purposely and treats its clients in a unprofessional manner. I dont feel the person managing my case was professional and was dismissive and when I requested to be release they were also slow to provide documents i requested. I also still never once heard from the actual attorney and would not use them again, especially for a simple case like mine. My family member was also in an accident and I referred them to someone else because it hard enough going through a accident and you shouldn't have to be frustrated by the attorney you hire and get a poor attitude from its staff.
