Looking for a disability lawyer so I call Marks & Harrison omg worst decision ever. They called me for information(10 min call) never received a call back. Two weeks later I received a letter in the mail from marks&harrison stating we talked among ourselves( not with me) and they can't help me. Find Goss&Fentress received a call lasting 1hr 1/2 they keep me updated by phone/letters. Had my 1st hearing and walk out with approval!! If I could give them 0 I would! They seemed great when I first spoke to them as time went on they were terrible. They don't return phone calls, no one you talk to knows anything and no one who does will call you back. They were no help in answering any of my questions or concerns. They're all talk unless they know you'll get approved and will give them money.

Refered a friend well didn't turn out well lawyer in Newport News office she lives in Richmond only response is email that takes days for response if she gets one at all there no updates just poor service I feel bad because she in really bad health and this situation is stressing her out more I really thought things would go better with this firm it's only gotten worse for her would never recommend your office to anyone else This lawyer had nerve to to say that they don't work with clients they cant win Nancy

The " Paralegal"/ receptionist claim to know what the attorney was thinking. She refused to let me talk to them. Then hung up on me. Very rude, and unprofessional, highly don't recommend.
