My husband and I worked with Stephen Burns at Park Sensenig to update our estate plan which included wills, Powers of Attorney, a family trust and a special needs trust for our son. We also had the opportunity to receive advice from David Sensenig about a dispute that we had with a general contractor who renovated our home. Dave gave a realistic review of the hurdles we faced and the steps we should take to proceed. He was generous with his time and advice.and his guidance has helped us follow through with our complaint (which is still in progress). Ours was a very good experience. The office personnel and the lawyer, Steve Burns, were all very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is hopefully the last time we have to execute these documents but I won't hesitate to call them again for any estate needs!
