Mr. Tronfeld and his colleagues are the most professional wonderful people I have ever met. I have never been involved in any accident case before and they really help me through the entire process. Which can be daunting and nerve-racking. From the minute, you walk in the door to the meetings, they are always smiling and make you feel at home. I was referred to Jay Tronfeld & Associates by a friend. Mr. Kelly Martin was the lawyer who took my case. He made the whole process from beginning to end so easy for me, which was definitely appreciated after my automobile accident. He was always there to answer any question I had, he was always willing to jump in and help in anyway possible EVEN if it didn't pertain to the case, he was very determined to get the best deal he could and wouldn't settle for anything less, and he (as well as the whole firm) was very responsive. I don't think I waited more than 10 minutes for a reply when emailing Mr. Martin. In addition to Mr. Martin, the WHOLE staff was beyond amazing. From the receptionist, who welcomes you so warmly each time you walk in the door to the office assistant's, who work so hard to obtain ALL vital information for the case. I would HIGHLY recommend this law firm to anyone needing a lawyer for personal injury. You won't find any firm better than this one.

I only regret not being able to give them 10/5 stars. This is the second time they've handled a personal injury claim on my behalf, both times I was represented by Mr. Durrett and he does amazing work. Ms.Tammy at the front desk is always polite, even at the end of the day and Ms. Sanville is a wonderful paralegal. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of great personal injury representation.
