Several years ago, I experienced a horrific bodily injury, which resulted in me being disabled and unemployable, this after working in a career for close to 20 years. I applied for Social Security disability (SSD), but was denied. SSD advised me that I could appeal if I chose to. I continued to see a television commercial regarding the services that Hunter & Everage provided for Social Security disability cases, which stated/suggested to, "Make Hunter & Everage Your First Call" for Personal Injury or Social Security issues. I researched data regarding submitting a Social Security disability appeal, and discovered the success rate of winning such a case via a "Do It Yourself (DIY)"case versus with the assistance of a lawyer were much higher with the help of a lawyer. I made an appointment with Hunter & Everage and to my surprise, Attorney Hunter greeted me for my initial appointment. I sure didn't expect the person I saw on TV to actually meet with me. I was kind of puzzled, but said alrighty then and kept it moving. We discussed my case. The process timeline was very lengthy, and included lots of attention to details, gathering all required documentation to submit to Social Security disability, then lots if waiting. Eventually, the day arrived, Hunter & Everage and I received notification of my Social Security hearing. Attorney Hunter and his legal team helped me to prepare for the hearing, as well as a required SSD medical exam. Then finally, we received approval notification that I receive Social Security disability insurance. For anyone, about to go through this process, the appeal process takes time, but eventually you'll see the light at the end of tunnel. This is a legitimate law firm, the entire team is professional, educated and experienced in these types of cases and will have your best interest in mind. There were no upfront cost, and the H&E law firm is paid only if you win your case, and their fee comes from your past-due benefits. I'm so grateful to the entire H&E Law Team who assisted me in getting the benefits that I deserved. I believe I made the right decision in choosing H&E for my "First Call", out of all of the other law firm's advertisements. So glad I chose to enlist them for legal assistance.
