Extremely unresponsive. Had to call multiple times just to get an update. Was told on multiple occasions I would be contacted later in the day, which never happened. I know these matters take time so I didn't think to much of it at the time. Months later I received a packet in the mail with copies of faxes that alerted all other parties involved that I was no longer being represented by the office. My first time being informed was when I opened this mail. Very disappointed. Talked to lawyer after receiving the packet, he advised me of further steps. I advised I would take those steps & call him back. Took those steps the same day & left a voicemail on his personal line about what to do next. I Never received a call back. This review is being posted months after receiving packet in the mail and speaking with lawyer. As of today I Still never received a response to my voicemail. If I knew this was the experience I would have had I would have took my case elsewhere. I didn't receive the communication & information in a timely manner to make that decision. A relative used them previously & recommended using this office. This was my experience.

While I haven't worked directly with this firm, I know that these are people that believe strongly in the rule of law and doing what's right. Recommended.

Caring, patient and understanding, all while effectively getting the job done. I was able to concentrate on healing knowing that Donald Gee and the Gee team were working in my best interest. Highly recommended.
