Avoid, Avoid, Avoid at all cost!! They just juggle you between paper pushers no lawyers. Just a money mill! Website looks good but that's as far as that goes. They only care about themselves. Just finished a case after 2 years from being t-boned. I ended up needing multiple back and neck surgeries and can no longer work. I had to close my buisness and now am unemployment, disabled and broken. What I got after the lawyer and they made me pay back medicaid so I even had to pay for my own 30k neck surgery out of my settlement! Thought I've been paying into medicaid for 30 plus years. When it was all said and done they made out better than me. I barely have enough money left to live off of for a couple months. Total BS.

If you are looking to take on a big institution they will not fight. Car accidents are a breeze to settle a good attorney can do it all. I had Christina Pendleton herself. Every step of the way I was given negative feedback and not even the slightest chance of hope.Words like well you can't and you won't... I still pushed and told her to go for more even when she said they wouldn't budge and they gave me more and guess who benefits the attorney. I wasn't given all of the information and felt my attorney should have explained all the steps. I wanted to take it to trail so bad but didn't because I knew she wouldn't have fought for me based on our conversation.It was so gut wrenching knowing that if I had a better lawyer I could of possibly won what I deserved. By the time I figured out that she wasn't willing to really fight it was too late for me to look for another attorney. I don't even think she gave them my demand.

Useless bunch of attorneys in Virginia. I received judgement about this matter to where a plea deal on my hit & run case and these attorneys could NOT see that the car was hit . The guy pledged guilty to a lesser charge and the photos with dashcam wasn't enough for these people.
