Perhaps most importantly, he takes a comprehensive approach to every stakeholder in order to achieve the optimal outcome for his clients. Not only does he have the best strategies, he is relentless in pursuing them no matter how difficult and time consuming it is. I know because Mr Turk handled our case over 2 years involving 2 jurisdictions, and often having to accommodate multiple time zones and differing opinions.
