I hired Warren Kozak for a simple trespassing charge for a family member who was incarcerated at the time. He charged me $3000 which is really over priced for a trespassing charge. I paid it because my family member could get released early if this was taken care of. Mr. Kozak got the charges dismissed like he said he would. I called and spoke to his assistant jennifer and asked her could they send over a email to my family members case worker in prison. She said sure. The next day I got a call from her saying Mr. Warren Kozak said he would send the email for an extra $1500 after I already paid $3000 for the charge. Warren knew exactly what the situation was and that I lived in South Carolina and was not able to get to Virginia to get the paper work myself so he tried to take advantage of me and charge me $1500 for an email. He is a crook and I wouldn't recommend him for anything. He is really cocky and really disrespectful and doesn't know how to talk to people. If you don't want to be robbed don't use him. I mean $1500 for a email is crazy.

This is my second time trying to utilize the services I pay for through my employer. I spoke with Mr. Davis regarding an issue. He was short with me, rude, very dismissive and literally hung up in my face. I can definitely say I felt unheard. You want some one that despite the coins. You want to be heard, respected and find a positive solution. Not to be belittled and basically be told you can't afford their services. I would not recommend them to any one.

Holly Kozak was appointed by court as Guardian ad litem. She sent over a book for me fill out and I did. I made several appointments for her to come to my home. She came days before court. I let her in my home and she was falling asleep the entire time she was there. She only ask 2 questions and looked at my home. She saw how happy my children were with me. We get to court not only was she an hour late she did not have her report. Unfortunately she told the judge the order should stay the same even though dad was not even following the original order which was he had physical and joint legal. She told me dad came to her office and without kid. After she came in my house and spoke directly to kid saying nice to see you again. I didn't say anything just made a mental note. I never received a bill for her service and she has to be paid by one of us. Recently I was told by dad he paid her. Which is why she took his side and ignore everything the she actually saw at my home. I am still trying to get my copy of the report. At this point I don't even believe she wrote up. I don't believe she actually went to dad's home. If she would've and still made that decision that's even worse than the payment cause his home is clutter with junk. You can barely see the floor. The best interest of my child was never considered. Beware of holly. I don't know anyone else at this office. She requested documents from school 8 days before court. Her father tried to get me to take down my review. Telling me how good she was in school anf sports as if that was suppose to change that fact that she wasn't doing a sufficient job as guardian. Just says alot about the character of the office in general. They care about money so if you don't have it don't trust them to be fair.

Mr. Renninger has represented me over the last several years for a recurrent, highly contested custody case. Mr. Renninger was very knowledgeable in this area of law and has been dedicated to my case. He was available after normal business hours to answer questions, provide guidance, and respond to the other party's attorney. He is very fair and stayed focused on the facts. He has remained focused and has never steered away from what was the best interest of the child.
When the custody case started, we were unable to come to an agreement on parenting time. I was only being offered a few hours a week, and never a full weekend. Mr. Renninger fought for my right to be in my child's life. My parenting time gradually increased with each custody order. Ultimately, he was able to present such a strong case that my child is now able to remain in my custody throughout the school year. As a father fighting for his daughter, words cannot even describe the elation and relief my family and I felt when we received that news. Needless to say, I will continue to retain Mr. Renninger as my attorney for all future custody concerns.
