If I could leave less than one star I would. He took my money and told me everything was taken care of. 10 years later what he said he fixed wasn't fixed. He didn't even offer my money back. Ali Sprinkle swooped in and fixed his decade old mistake. She is a rockstar. It was a nightmare. It cost me a position with DCFS and over a year long battle. Ali is a true MVP and if you are reading this review give her a call and do not waist your time with this clown!
