This is by far the best law firm around Virginia I was facing a lot of charges and time and Mr. Livingston got everything dropped on first day in court. This man spent his time while he was on vacation to look into my case he takes your time and life as his own. I saw over 15 lawyers before I decided on this law firm. Mr. Livingston is also the only lawyer who didn't want me to talk at court all I had to do was show up and be nicely dressed he handled everything. There are a million layer jokes and who really likes them? But when you need their service, find one that knows what they are doing and knows the system. If you find one that has great communication, a great support staff, and does what they say for the amount quoted: then call my guy's (& gal's) at Livingston Law. I have to admit, for a law office; I like them and they are excellent at what they do!

Never returns calls, never in office. secretary when she does answer phones says he has no set schedule. Does not keep you informed on case. Do yourself a favor and hire a different lawyer if he is court appointed dismiss him and ask for someone else.

I had not an good experience with Livingston law don't return calls. Or send emails when they said they where sending them . Paid flat fee of 500 and still got found guilty I could have done a better job my self .
