I was recommended to Cuthbert Law Offices in October of 2016. I was recommended by a well known individual in the city. My first visit to the law firm was very warm and welcoming. My attorney was Mr Richard Cuthbert but i was very touched on the first the meeting because his father Mr Charlie Cuthbert came in just to meet me and introduce himself. I found that to be a very honorable gesture and it allowed me to relax. I was able to pick up the tone of the office from the very moment i stepped into the conference room. Mr Richard listened to me closely and asked the most important questions to get a better understanding of my accident. He demonstrated a lot of patience and compassion. Throughout the case he showed that he cared about you as a person and not just as another client. I began to get a family feeling from him and his assistance. He is passionate about his work, hes a fighter, and he will never leave you in the dark. He will offer his best advice and recommendations to you. I went through the firm for my disability case, it was my 3rd appeal and I had to go for my hearing. My lawyer was pretty confident before court, i had more than enough evidence from numerous doctors, it should have been a pretty simple case and it was just deciding on how much back-pay I would receive. I do not feel once we stepped in the hearing room my lawyer did what he said or was paid to do. He didn't try to fight at all for any back-pay, and I even told the judge I have problems with people taking advantage of me and my situation and I just want to be able to get back on track and then the both did it and there was nothing I could do. Once again I get screwed by the system when I'm supposed to be getting help.
