Michelle was 100% !!!! She assisted with my mother's final affairs paperwork. The kindness and attention she showed was top notch! She toured me, my sister and my wheelchair bound mom all over their beautiful building.. took her time with us, even though busy, she took Xtra time after signing paperwork to just sit with us and talk.
