Client Testimonials

Client

I would not give Thomas Reed any stars. I gave 1 becomes I had to, to leave a review. However Thomas Reed is a horrible attorney. He starts of promising one outcome and another result happens. He's a rude arrogant person. He doesn't stand by what he promises. When you bring up what he said. He states he never said that and it doesn't matter. People lives matter and the outcome can effect someone career but nevertheless to Thomas Reed. Stay clear off him.

Mr.Reed has represented me twice and I have been very happy with both outcomes. I highly recommend him! Very professional and he goes the extra miles for his clients.

Client

Mr Reid is not a good lawyer at all !!! He will not do anything he stated to you and will make you look terrible in front the judge !!! I paid him and also was given him pro bono so no matter what he's not the lawyer you need !!! He's the worst lawyer in Norfolk !!! Please take your hard earned money elsewhere or you'll be going to prison like all his other clients !!!

Client

I had a case for three felonies in which I seek his counsel through a recommendation of a friend. He quoted me one price and that price changed. First situation I dealt with was I didn't receive my discovery for my case until the Friday prior to the case... we never went over the documentation together prior to my trial in lower court...we set up to meet at his office that Saturday morning in which He canceled our session for that Saturday stated because he had to help his ex wife move. The day of court he was almost 2 hours late, me the prosecutor and the judge held of the case until he arrived.. He then showed up unprepared and convince me to waive my preliminary. Everything happened so fast so I agreed because why would my lawyer choose to do something that's not in the best interest of his client... Well he did! He then explained that felonies dont get heard in lower court.. so why take my money to represent me in lower court knowing the case wasn't going to be heard? Totally different from what we discussed prior. If he had read the discovery he would of noticed the inconsistency in the statements. From my research it's never a good idea to waive your preliminary because it can keep documentation to help you in your case are maybe even a lesser charge. His unethical! I will not recommend him to Dog... please be careful when your freedom depends on it choose wisely...wish I could of have him a negative star rating but one star was the lowest .
