BLUF: DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. I put in a complaint with Virginia State Bar Association on Attorney Myers and it is being further investigated. I paid to retain him for issues with Dealer Fraud for my Toyota against the dealership for selling me a certified pre-owned vehicle. I had all the documents and proof to support and win the case and because they are unorganized and they have poor communication the case was closed with prejudice. I also requested a refund of the retainer fee and have not received that and they have not even acknowledge my request. I could move forward with suing this lawyer but honestly I have alot of other things going on and I will have to take the $25,000 loss. So please do not waste your time, energy, and money with these guys....I would give negative 5 stars if I could.

They get the job done communication is everything when it comes down to fighting a legal battle and winning is another thing. And both aspects this law firm was great with communication and with winning my case. You will not be disappointed. And they did it all with me living in another state. They analyzed every documentation that I submitted. With Mr Wang and Mr Myers working as a team they are untouchable I promise you they will get the job done and you will not lose your case. I approached Fortress Proprietas, P.C. for help with a lemon law case against Sheehy Toyota, whose vehicle's bumper has repeatedly fallen off. Instead of focusing on the facts, their intake form demanded my employment status and monthly income--irrelevant and invasive questions that have no bearing on whether Sheehy sold me a defective car. I refused to provide that information, and the firm went silent. Whether they refused my case because I wouldn't disclose my income bracket, or because they're unwilling to challenge a corporate heavyweight like Sheehy Toyota, the result is the same: a law firm that claims to stand for consumer rights, but appears to fold when faced with either transparency or real opposition. Consumers deserve advocates who focus on the merits of the case, not on unrelated personal data.

The only thing that I'm going to say is these guys need to be your first choice for consumer law! Needed some advice on a Lemon Law case and the lawyer who I spoke with broke everything down for me 1000% recommend!!!
