The Law Firm of Timothy Hankins

I have hired Mr. Hankins to represent me in my child custody case. I have meet with him for the fist time today, and let me tell you, the communication and concern that Mr Hankins have displayed has been great! he takes care of his staff--like his own family. obviously, he's a great lawyer, but more than that, he's truly a good man that displays great moral character. Mr. Hankins is respected amongst his peers, and wins always. Trust me, he's worth every Penney.

PLEASE ... Do yourself a HUGE favor and go see Mr. Hankins for any legal representation and help you may need. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and explains every "procedure" of the Legal Process that you will be going through and need to know. I've worked with Tim for years now, and wouldn't go to anybody else! Also: his "Staff" ... Sally and Liza are the most personable and caring women you will ever meet. They truly care about the clients that go to Tim for representation and will bend over backwards to answer any questions you may have AND will help you with what you need to do while working with them. They are dedicated to their jobs and it shows! In closing, I will say that I don't know WHAT I would've done without the Professionalism of this FANTASTIC "TEAM!"

Ive used Tim Hankins twice now for 2 totally separate issues. Each time we have been very pleased with the outcome. His staff (Liza and Sally)are very courteous and promptly answer any emails or questions you have. I wish I had found them sooner and will definitely use them if my family has any future needs. At first everything was going well. Then I didn't hear nothing in months. Mr. Hankins kept saying you will hear something in Nov, Dec. nothing. Liza & Sally became rude and mentioned this to Mr. Hankins but he just brushed it off. They talked about other clients in front of me. Well to make a long story short. Me & Liza got in to an argument. Because she treated me rude on the phone. The police came out and I told them the situation. Funny Mr. Hankins dropped my case, like he did a few other commenters on here. He said he was going to get a lien so he could get his cut of the money. I ended up calling the company and they gave me a nice settlement. Without Mr. Hankins help. Find another lawyer to help with your personal needs. These comments giving his staff & Mr. Hankins kind words is fake. If you decide to hire him. Remember I warned you.

Very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I always do my research when looking for a service of any kind, for legal counsel I found Mr. Hankins. He is polite but also direct. I found his candor time efficient and reassuring (as I went to him for legal advice/representation, not emotional support, cuddles or a deal). If you need a therapist or a dula, probably not your guy. If you need a lawyer, I highly recommend.
