We did a virtual closing on our house since we were still out of state at the time. It's been nearly 3 months since then, and we never received a title insurance policy or a physical copy of our deed. We have no physical proof that we own this house. We left one message asking for the title insurance policy and received no response. When we called a second time, the receptionist said the person we needed to speak with was available, then once we told her who we were, she conferred with that person and suddenly she was with a client and unavailable. So unprofessional. And now I have to pay for a copy of my deed at the courthouse and track down the title insurance policy myself.

One of these attorneys is still holding $475.00 deposit on an office space I rented from one of their clients from 1998 to 2010. The property owner died was worth 30 million dollars and this guy decided that I shouldn't get this deposit back. License to steal. Im sure his widow needed that money.

We had the pleasure to have Scott Reid as our attorney. He went above and beyond to make sure things were as easy and painless as possible. On our first meeting it started snowing before he left. To make sure the deadbeat tenants couldn't sue us and wind up staying here even longer, Scott swept the steps and spread ice meter on the steps as well. Another thing Scott did was offer his services and vehicle to get the rest of their stuff out of our house. Scott showed up but they were a no show, he even waited an hour to give them extra time. Those aren't the only 2 things Scott went above and beyond for us.

They were wonderful! Answered all my questions about my late husbands estate and what steps I needed to take. Just used them to finish the closing when selling my house- they did a great job getting everything settled as quick as it could be done.

Closed on my home with them and it went quick and smooth no complaints
