I am a police officer in Northern Virginia and I hired Mr. Rice to represent my daughter who was charged in a traffic crash. Attorney Rice is as straight forward as they come. If you're looking for someone who is going to sugar coat your consequences, then you may want to search elsewhere. Although the outcome may not be what I wanted (not guilty with nothing to pay), he did get the minimum mandatory by law consequences for me. I'd imagine if you truly did nothing wrong, you wouldn't even be in his office. I am thankful that I chose Attorney Rice & for the price he charged, it was manageable. Thanks again.
