The folks at Holcomb are professional, patient, friendly, and kind. It's an enormous comfort working with a Faith-based organization, knowing that service to others and to God is their priority. As a Christian, you never hope to have to interact too much with the secularism that feels inherent in the legal system. Holcomb helps you to feel that, while the non-ideal may be necessary, it doesn't have to come at the cost of conscience. I always felt that things were being done in the most honest and just way possible. I worked with Holcomb for a protective order case, child/spousal support, and eventually with their mediation office for divorce proceedings. All was handled with sensitivity and compassion. Carter Allen is excellent at answering questions and explaining the process so a person with no legal knowledge can understand. His paralegal Susan Cherry was always super responsive to emails, and extremely helpful. Wayne and his paralegal James who handled the mediation side were friendly and super quick when the time came to get all the papers squared away. I know James had to be working overtime to get such a quick turnaround and it was TREMENDOUSLY appreciated. Even the gals who work the front desk were always cheerful and kind. I would 100% recommend Holcomb to anyone who needs such services.

We have had such a good experience and are so grateful for Jess Allen and Carter Allen who have helped us with our motor vehicle accident case. We had a terrible accident that totaled our truck and RV last year, left us with some minor injuries, and a lot of confusion with all the insurance companies. Jess and Carter came to the rescue after we already signed agreements with the insurance company, and we were able to get the initial offers rescinded and we are set up for a settlement we are very satisfied with in the end. We feel so grateful to have such a great team working for us! Would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with an accident case!

Unfortunately, never got a chance to work with the firm because none of the scheduled appointments were kept by the paralegals. Now I am getting a lot of spam emails. Goodness it would definitely be nice to find people who keep thier word. Seems like a great firm but looks can be deceiving.

Attorney Steven Jones did a great job of explaining to me how the law works and what would apply to me. He took the time to listen to my story, asked me questions about our financial situation and advised me according to guidelines set by the state of Virginia.
