Regan gave me the advice to wave extradition for an out of state bench warrant i turned myself in for. Had i stayed in jail 3 days rather than 2 the other state (according to a PA attorney) would have dismissed the DUI bc of weed in my system the night before which isnt illegal in VA where i live. Now i have serve 3 days in PA jail, pay fine of 2,500, loose my license for a year, do 12 hour course online i have pay 200$ as well as insurance cost. this lawyer doesn't even know general laws. i never met a lawyer i had tell the law to. especially laws about landlords coming into your house all hours and forcing me to live with black mold 3 years.
