When my doctor recommended that I apply for disability based on my disease she also recommended hiring a lawyer up front prior to applying. After much thought and consideration we choose the team at Gillette Law Group. This decision was easy since The Gillette Law Group only represents disability applicants. Therefore the advice upfront for both me and my doctor is a big part of obtaining approval within 5 months wihout going to court. Monica was my case manager and walked me through the process every step of the way and was extremely repsonsive to answering my questions. I was in the hospital during part of these 5 months, and she was able to help my husband with follow-up questions as well. Once I was approved they explained that my son would possibly be eligible to receive monthly funds as well to help with his care. That made the process of getting my son approved quickly. Brian followed up with me to ensure I was receiving monthly payments, wanted to go over any questions I may have. He was quite informative about the audit process. He also connected me with a benefits coordinator that would reach out to me when I am eligible for Medicare. I was beyond pleased with the outcome of our case (and the timeliness)as well as the services provided by the Gillette Law staff.
