I had Wanda Allen years ago for custody. All she cared about was making sure she got paid and it wasn't cheap. I think I met with her once and she wasn't prepared. She wasn't familiar with the Judge or guardian ad litem sometimes that makes a difference. She comes off as being like pitbull with a lot of mouth until we got in that court room. I went from having primary custody to shared custody. I was never able to gain primary custody back. She also told me to file an appeal after I lost primary custody. I've spent a lot of money on lawyers because of her. Not to mention the guardian ad litem held more weight than her. As of right now I still have shared custody. As time went on I got used to. Plus I didn't have a choice. FYI if you have a guardian ad litem they hold a lot of weight and the judge will listen to them. I learned that they all work together.

I live out of state so I hired Wanda Allen. I hired her to do a simple DNA test. Rather than let me do a DNA test she managed to ensure that all my rights to my daughter were stripped and I'm still on Child Support. Then when I confronted her about it, she refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor asked me to stop emailing her. Very Scammerlike.

Ms Allen was great through my whole bankruptcy process. It was smooth and she and her staff communicated well. Highly recommended.

I never thought my own lawyer would work against me. There isn't a price on love and because of Wanda Allen, I'll never be able to see my little girl again. And I'm still on child support. Someone pray for this firm.

Wanda Allen represented my child's mother in our Juvenile and Domestic Relations custody case. After our initial mediation, which consisted of the Guardian Ad Litem, my child's mother, Wanda Allen, my lawyer and myself, in which I fully explained that I changed my entire life to raise my son by moving from another state, leaving my job, and proposing to my child's mother, Wanda Allen still encouraged my child's mother to proceed with her custody petition. I am deducting (3) stars because Wanda Allen actually allowed my child's mother to claim that she deserves full custody of our son, based solely off of the mother's opinion that she believes that I "cannot raise our son, like she can". Needless to say, my child's mother lost her full custody petition. Immediately after the ruling was entered, upon exiting the courtroom, I overheard Wanda Allen encouraging my child's mother to appeal the decision to higher court. Guess what? My child's mother lost her Circuit Court petition for custody also. In that hearing, the Guardian Ad Litem's recommendation was 'Full Physical Custody' to me!!! In his closing statement, he explained to the judge that he felt that my child's mother only wanted 'control'. I am deducting an additional star, due to Wanda Allen not encouraging my childs mother to withdraw her petition after learning that she had no grounds for full custody.
