The office staff with whom I interacted was all very helpful, professional and friendly. The gentleman assigned my issue and his supervisor were a pleasure to deal with. The initial attorney with whom I dealt was okay. In her defense, some attorneys think it is necessary to be negatively disposed to some degree when they're across the table in any issue and it's really not.
Shapiro & Brown has a tendency to hire inexperienced staff members at a low rate of pay and thus they suffer a high turnover rate. Local HR is at best incompetent and the floor managers are borderline illiterate. From all outward apprearances this firm could not handle the transfer title of my bicycle.
