He is the one of the best lawyers in manassans. He did a great job on my case. My case was dismissed exactly on the first court date. I would highly recommend everyone to talk to them if they have any issues.

We were trying to prepare for our case and David kept putting us off for weeks up until 40 minutes before our case where he briefed the defendant and when the time came, David was prepared, our defendant wasn't prepared, and upon hindsight and discussion with other defense attorneys, there was so much more that David could have done that he didn't do and was ill prepared for. Please if you're considering an attorney, think twice before picking David. At the end of the day it's you and your case and your lives on the line, not his. He certainly didn't give it his all in our case and left us high and dry when we scrambled for answers. He told the defendant to plead guilty and we were misled to think that it would be better but it costed him the rest of his life. He didn't take that into account and it was clear he didn't care

The ABSOLUTE BEST there is !! For someone who lives in another state and had to be in court in Va. Mr Don Daugherty gave me the confidence I needed, he listen he understood the pain I felt and fight for me as though it was his problem. He is very honest, detailed, smart, versatile and equipped with the knowledge of the ins and outs. I can not express how thankful I am for helping me gain custody of my baby. Very reasonable pricing five stars does not do him justice he is the Man the whole firm is amazing! If ever you need an attorney don't hesitate there's no one better trust me years later and I'm still knocking at his door !!!!! Awesome team thank you!!!!!!!!!

You will get your moneys worth with this guy. Great communication, confidence level, guidance and right to the point. David made my court process run smoothly even when I had doubts David came through reassuring me I had nothing to worry about. He was able to reduce my charges for a reasonable price. Wow!! David Daugherty is amazing!! I highly recommend him His knowledge of law is second to none! David fought my case to the end and was able to get it dismissed after going to trail.
