Hubs had a case that was refused from another lawyer because it wasn't a cut and dried case. Workers Comp wasn't filed at time of incedent, hubs had went back to work with injury. Wasn't through his probationary period for this new job and several other issues. Jaleh took the case and said from the get go " Yes!" We went in with expectations of just getting back pay. Wow, where do I start.
